Dear Marcia, Margene, Marietta and families,

We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mother and our dear Aunt.
While we know that she had a long and good life, it is still hard to say
goodbye when it is your mother. I have so many wonderful memories of her
and the times we spent on the farm as children, particularly in the Summer
months. She was really a dear woman and always so kind to all in our
family. What I remember most is how your Mom and Dad worked side by side in
the farming business and it truly was a family operation. There was a lot of
laughter and happiness around the table in your kitchen. Her legacy lives
on through all of you and we hope that the many memories that come back will
offer you comfort in the difficult days ahead.

We are out of the country and we are so sorry to not be able to make her
funeral.

Know you are in our prayers.

Love,
Rick and Suzanne=

Dearest Marietta, Margene and Marcia...We will be thinking of you tomorrow as you celebrate the life of your beautiful mother. She retained her beautiful smile and twinkling eyes - still - as in the shared photo. Although we cannot be there with you to share in the memorial service, know that we are with you in spirit. Eunice was a major figure in our young lives growing up- and the family times we shared will stay with each of us forever. Her spirit truly lives on. God bless you all on this special day for your family.

Aunt Eunice was a wonderful Aunt and a wonderful Child of God and we will greatly miss her and her smiles. Our prayers are with you.“You can shed tears that she is gone, or you can smile because she has lived. You can close your eyes and pray that she'll come back, or you can open your eyes and see all she's left. Your heart can be empty because you can't see her, or you can be full of the love you shared. You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday, or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. You can remember her only that she is gone, or you can cherish her memory and let it live on. You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back. Or you can do what she'd want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on.” (David Harkins)
